Just got back from an awesome adventure out to Ninghan Station (Payne’s Find) with a group of photographers from Perth and the Southwest. We spent the weekend exploring the half a million acre property with 4WD’s and came across some amazing scenes. The wildflowers up this way are awesome right now, heaps of Everlastings scattered across the property, and the stars were incredible with zero light pollution making for good photo ops of the milky way! We had a thunderstorm roll in Saturday afternoon receiving a fair bit of rain making the drive back to camp after we’d been exploring and the drive out Sunday interesting to say the least! It doesn’t take long for the clay roads to become slippery and it was amazing how quickly the roads turned into running rivers! Definitely be heading back here in the future!
